Queue vs. Gallery
|
|
My submissions have not been queued for a long time. Common threads are about really high credits are needed, 5 to 10 thousand. My submissions show up in the gallery immediately and can be reviewed randomly, as I can others. What is the difference between the queue and the gallery? Are there advantages using one or the other? With the high limit for the queue are more people (readers of this forum and/or friends) using the gallery? Thank you for your time and replies |

If you review something via the gallery, it is a “random review” and so you don’t get credits until the author opens the review, and you don’t get to rate the item. |

Thank you. It would be nice if more people did that but along with the authors’ cooperation. I mean to open them quickly. |

Not everyone who has stories currently up has any points. I think some writers simply post something then expect to get a lot of reviews; when they find out that they have to participate in a community instead of simply having people read their junk, they simply choose not to. Then if you give them a random review it will just sit there forever. |

Now people cannot receive random reviews if they have two or more unlocked. This helps solve the “sit there forever” issue. |
