Defining Reviewers Slowness
Hi Everyone, We are trying to increase the speed of “updating” criteria when defining reviewers based on age, reviewer experience, etc. Question for everyone: when did you notice this really slowing down? When we launched it last February, it was super fast. We are not sure when it became sooo slooow. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks, -Steve |

I first noticed it a month or so ago. It was fast when I first started using it, then it slowed down significantly. I think it might have to do something with the influx of 6-words and new people discovering the ability to do it. Just my thoughts. |

The criteria selection has always seemed buggy to me. To remove and re-add criteria has always been quite slow and prickly (mainly removing). Also, the add criteria box is slightly tricky to operate. When you type in the first few letters of your new criteria, a list of matches pop up and you lose the word you were about to write. It’s almost is if you are racing the auto-search function to add your own criteria. Adding this can also be quite slow. Mainly though, it is speedy for those who want to add existing and popular (and sensible) criteria, so the minority are only being niggled by this. |
