Hey, Steve. What’s going on today? Every time I try to log in it takes forever and then the interface is messed up.

Hi. Nope. Everything’s working fine now. But yesterday it was weird almost all day. Other websites were fine, running normally. Urbis was down to the bare links, no pictures, just red and blue links that didn’t work when I clicked on them.

But, it’s fine now. :)

I get that all the time. I have an immensely slow and unreliable 3G service, when pages take forever to load they lose some of the formatting info etc.

I have high-speed DSL. All other websites loaded quickly, as normal. The same thing happened yesterday. Was Urbis down for six or seven hours yesterday?

If you mean here on forums, than that happened to me before. Quite a few times. All the formatting gone.
Lately very rare.

I have experienced the odd formatting problem and twice I have not been abled to go on the forum. But the rest of Urbis seems to be functioning well, maybe the forum is effected when other changes/maintainence to Urbis are being carried out. I think its a case of being patient as the forum always comes back eventually.

I wasn’t able to get on either the forum or Urbis for most of the day yesturday as well.

If others were able… good… but I couldn’t despite going to several computers.

It wasn´t you, it was us. The servers crashed and none of our developers could get in. They had to restart the machine manually. It was a hardware issue. I´m in Brazil so managing the issue took a bit more time, although Lorrie and developers were on top of it. These situations are rare, but they happen.

I figured as much.
