Please post an announcement on the review queue of the new categories. Otherwise, since all the new ones are at the bottom of the category list, many will not know about them and we will not see them in the queue for a very long time.

Or you and send an urbis email to all its members announcing the additions.

I have posted to flash fiction (moved a piece) and am thinking of moving pieces to humor – but not if they are not going to be in queue for a long while.

Items in new categories will still appear in the general review queue (which most reviewers use). Reviewers won’t be able to use new categories to narrow their search (using the category links) until there are around 100 items in them.

what about that Vulcan category?

Why don’t we have a category for prose that is experimental? Lots of users who submit under “novel treatment” haven’t really worked out the outline, synopsis or plot of a novel, so their submissions always seem to be misplaced. Also, lots of writers create something close to poetry but closer to prose. Why not give them a place here? Prose, Essay.
